Would You Take Out The Trash After A One-Night Stand?

Cora Shircel and more pointless gender flame wars.

Cora Shircel is a digital “creator” in the Chicago area. If you do some cursory Googling around her, it seems like she was on the swimming and diving team at UW-Whitewater about five or six years ago, so she’s probably mid-to-late 20s and her Instagram is full of selfie stick shots of her and other women doing shots, so she’s still up in that vibe, which all 20-something women should be, honestly. In my brain, it’s better than being shackled to some derp trying to beat the biological clock game. If that’s meant to happen for you, it will.

There is a lot of moral panic about young men these days, usually framed in discussions that involve OnlyFans, and some of that panic is definitely warranted. I think the “boss babe” narrative maybe went too far, third-wave feminism maybe went too far, the weaponization of #MeToo maybe went too far, and dating apps went way too far. There are lots of women who are basically 6s on the generic 1–10 scale who thinks they are 9s/10s, and so they swipe on legitimate 9–10 guys, who then use them for sex and little else as they also get to swipe on legitimate 9–10 females. Within that whole ecosystem, you just created incels, elitist women, heartbreak, depression, etc. We live in interesting times.
