I’ve done a few deep dives on burnout and stress:
It amazes me how we’ve been writing almost the exact same article about “burnout prevention strategies” for seven years now. Here’s another version from Quartz at Work. Their strategies are:
- Let employees say no
- Let them disconnect
- Let them silence devices and email
First off, bullet 2 and bullet 3 are essentially the same. But let’s move on.
