The Three Ts (Threats) And The Three Ds (Running Away)

I’m generally interested in human behavior and psychology. I think that’s why I write as much as I do, even if my writing somewhat lacks impact in a broad sense. I like to think about things and find connections and context. Now that I’ve justified my existence for yet another morning, let me say that while I am a generally privileged, albeit broken, white male — I’m very curious about diversity initiatives and how performative they often become.

Diversity: Performative | Backlash | Too many letters, not enough action

As a result, when I stumble across different things about diversity and inclusion, I will read them and look for new angles, even though society tries to box me in as someone who must not care. Actually, I do care, and I think one of the problems is the limited definitions of these concepts.
