The New RTO Strategy: You Will Never Find Love Unless You Come To Office
Executives and senior managers, who are so often broken men with nothing to do in their lives except talk about work and their perceived successes therein, have now been trying for about 1.75 years to drag people back into offices, while ignoring the fact that many people like working from home (or hybrid) and are more productive when they do so. The executives don’t want to go full brute force — some do and have — so instead they try to paint the edges of the discussion with cleverly-placed Wall Street Journal articles claiming random stuff like “China will beat us if we keep working from home.”
When that seem far-fetched, we went to “Well, you can bring your dog?”
