The New “RTO” Play: Bring Your Puppers, Baby!
Here is the essence of what’s happening with Return To Office (RTO):
Can’t say it any clearer than that, really.
But, now we’ve been trying for years to figure out new ways to get people back in offices aside from “You come back or you get fired.”
We ran through a couple of different things. We had:
- “The value of the culture.”
- “Mentorship.”
- “Won’t it be nice to see your work friends more?”
- “We may pay you less if you stay in Montana.”
