The New, Beautiful ROFL Is That Bosses Want To Retain WFH

There is some nuance in this discussion, tho.

It is incredibly humorous to see The Wall Street Journal say anything that might expose bosses as hypocrites, but they apparently just did it by revealing some studies that bosses, especially those in the over-$150,000/year bucket, want to WFH more. This is utterly logical, as we’ll discuss more in a second. Here’s the basic rundown:

Why is this “incredibly logical?” Because WFH discussions are inherently class warfare. If you do make $150,000+/year, you probably have a nice house in a good neighborhood and your kids may have a decent semblance of childcare without you or your wife being actively involved. If you live in San Francisco vs. Tulsa, this may be different. But if you make good money, you have things going for you life-wise. That’s generally how America works.
