The Lindsay Shiver Bodycam Is Exactly What You’d Expect

Socialite wife, anger, resentment, McMansion, and the decline of a marriage.

If you haven’t been up on this Shiver case, it’s a couple that seemingly met at Auburn. His dad was a 40-year CEO of a food company, and he was the long snapper for Auburn football. She was, at one point, a county beauty queen and a cheerleader. (I don’t believe she was a cheerleader in college, though.) They fell in love, got married, had three kids, had access to tons of resources, and eventually acquired a private plane (with his dad, I think) and a house in the Bahamas. Somewhere along the Bahamas trail, she met a younger guy and they started an affair. The husband found out about the affair in February 2023. By early April, he had filed for divorce. But, for some reason, they were still living together as the divorce worked its way through the courts. Apparently she was living in the pool house.

While they were living together, she apparently conspired with her boyfriend and his Bahamian friend to kill him. She’s in the Bahamas until an October 5th hearing, apparently living at an AirBNB or some such.

The case has made some national headlines.

This bodycam is from mid-July of 2023. Apparently what’s happening here is she had made a plan to go to Key West with the Bahamian boyfriend, but she cancelled that plan and wanted to go to the Bahamas with her estranged husband and their sons (on the private plane, no doubt). I guess he started moving luggage around and was “being physical,” so she called the cops and you have it from about three different angles:

  1. Massive house with driveway that’s bigger than most plots of land
  2. She’s rocking the 7am sun dress
  3. They have so much resentment towards each other that it could power Argentina
