I think a decent amount about class and classism and relationships between different strata of society. I think, if I may psychoanalyze myself for a second, that I’m intrigued by these things because I grew up upper-middle-class on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, but my dad also had a financial reversal around when I was 11, so I saw that for a bit. And, as an adult, I’ve been destitute and had -$0.36 in checking for a whole weekend. I’ve also bartended a little bit (once early adulthood, once recently) and seen how people at bars interact with money and wealth, and that’s also intriguing. So, the whole thing fascinates me. I’ve written about it a bunch as a result.

As such, this article was interesting:

I write about a lot of different topics, from work to masculinity to relationships and social dynamics, I.e. modern friendship. Pleasure to be here.
