Once More, For The Cheap Seats: HR Is Useless Within Most Organizations
All they seem to do is alienate good candidates (externally) and drown things in process and difficulty (internally), while somehow being the department tasked with both “engaging” you and “monitoring” you. The hell? Jonathan Goodman once told me at Beaded Lady (a dive in #fortworth) that my beat was “crapping on HR,” and while I’d say my beat now seems to be relationship dynamics and DINK content, he’s also not that far off.
