On “Culture” vs. “Cult”

I woke up at 3:57am thinking it was 6am today. I couldn’t go back to sleep, so I watched this on YouTube.

This is an interesting topic. It has 167K views in about 16 hours of release, so clearly people care about this stuff. I think the idea of “culture” has taken on new meanings, both good and bad, since the pandemic and the rapid-scaling of white-collar remote work.

I’ve written about culture maybe a dozen times, and 40+ if you count my old blog. I’ll spare you that many links. This one ain’t bad, though:
