Now Alexee Trevizo Is Gonna Sue The Hospital? Get Your Popcorn Ready.

Is this the biggest case since maybe Chris Watts?

New true crime stuff pops up every day, and some of it “scales” to household-level discussion as opposed to just people who watch YouTube channels and 48 Hours and Dateline. The Alexee Trevizo case out of New Mexico certainly seems like it’s “scaled.” Every time you see a video on YouTube about this, it’s at or over 1M views. Here’s a little Google Trends diagram of “interest over time” in this:

This bodycam from the hospital will give you a good idea of what’s happening, as well as raw human emotion at all levels:

Essentially, “she didn’t know she was pregnant” — which now people are disputing — and she came in to the hospital with back pain. At some point, they did a blood test and knew she was pregnant, but apparently (apparently) they didn’t immediately tell her, and then she ran to the bathroom, delivered the baby, and apparently put the baby in the trash can, put another liner over the top of the baby, and then finally let the nurses in. The baby died. The other New Mexico case, which is Alexis Avila (similar name), that baby survived. Whew! Avila got 14 years. Trevizo’s trial probably won’t be until 2024. As you can see in the top photo, she was out on bond and went to prom with Devyn, who was the father of the deceased child.

Well, now her defense attorney has indicated he’s going to sue the hospital and the nurses on staff for giving her morphine and other…

Comparing a teenage girl with a sicko who murdered his family is far fetched. She’s definitely not anywhere close to him. And removing tubes? That’s absolutely ridiculous. If those were her requirements I would most definitely sue for real, and call…
