Biden looked like absolute shit in that debate. There were real questions. Did Trump constantly lie through his teeth? Yes. But … America loves strength and virility and is mostly OK with lying. So, alas.

Seems like we’ve alternated recently between:

• OK, he’s talking to his family.
• Absolutely no way!
• OK, he’s told a few confidantes he’s considering it.
• It’s logistically impossible.
• OK, yea, maybe.
• There is no way.

Part of you wants to think if Kamala wasn’t VP, Joe would be outie-5000, but he can’t leave because Kamala is the only choice donor-money-wise, and she isn’t good and moderate males call her “Cum-La” to demean her, and moving past her to Newsom or Moore or Beshear or Whitmer is complicated.
