Idaho 4 Case: Out Of The Current Stuff We “Know,” What Seems To Matter?

All of this in the “allegedly” category, minus a few things. Law enforcement drives it. But how could we be thinking about it?

Obviously there’s a literal ton of stuff we don’t know, that law enforcement has to protect for the integrity of the eventual prosecution. Out of some of the stuff “out there” right now, though, what seems to matter?

The “Adam” video: I would personally not say this matters and it’s just two long-term girlfriends being a little drunk and dramatic together. If it truly mattered to Kaylee, they’d be fighting at the food truck. They weren’t. I think it’s college-aged drama, but it could speak to a bigger picture of networks between people.

The Elantra: It does not appear that this matters — as of now, at least.
