I Thought We Were Told To Ignore Bullies

… and yet we pay so much attention to Trump.

Jon Stewart, who returns to The Daily Show on Monday nights now, did a good segment last night on how much breathless attention the media pays to Trump:

Years ago, VICE made a movie called “Enemies of the People,” where they cover the media and their reactions to Trump in 2016:

You might remember possibly the most famous moment of all this crap: when CNN covered an empty chair for 30 minutes as talking heads tried to fill time over the top of it, because Trump “might be arriving soon.”

We are doing the same with this Stormy Daniels trial — bringing on ousted jurors to discuss “how he looked” and “who he was making eye contact with,” and all this stuff.
