I don't know if I've made that argument either, sir/madam.

The thing is, some of the shit I write about is colored by my own experiences with people and things, which is partially the fault of my own functional alcoholism, tendency to anger, and living in Texas. But some of what I say is accurate, and people like some (and only some) of who I describe do exist out there. Not everything I say is reductive. Some is, absolutely, and I'd be the first to admit that.

I don't even honestly remember which specific article this started with. Probably something about whether women can parent boys. Of course they can. They have been for generations. A lot of the shit I write is just questions about the broader universe that I think some people have or struggle with. It's not for everyone, but I make some money from it and I get people who email me and tell me I helped them about XYZ topic. So if it's not for you, you can turn away. I don't personally mind. I'm just out here trying to figure out how to be a good person. The writing is just a small sliver of it.
