I’m of two minds on all the “Great Resignation” stuff — at one level I think managers don’t care that much, and having less people on staff means they can virtue signal about “doing more with less” to the upper management ranks. CEOs I think could give two shits about any of this, so long as the right numbers are pointing the right way on the right graphs. People stuff…
