Coming Back From The Bar, Hammered, And Almost Driving Into Kamala Harris
Wayne Wacker is a mid-50s man in Wisconsin, who I believe lives in Milwaukee itself. According to various news sources, he has been both a special education teacher and a teacher of Native American students. Unfortunately for him, one night in October he got pretty drunk and decided to drive, and somehow he entered a closed-off highway — and why was the highway closed off? Because Kamala Harris, who had an event in swing-state Wisconsin that night, was headed back to the airport to exit the state. Wayne drove the wrong way against the Kamala motorcade, as you can see in the photo above — and you can also see in this video:
This video has made some rounds and been clipped off on various platforms, so there’s a chance you might have seen it. I can try and break down some of the “issues” herein quickly, though:
- High-level: Do not drive drunk. I have driven drunk many times, and it is never a good idea. I currently only have an eBike, in part because I didn’t trust myself.
