Candidate Experience Is Essentially Impossible For Companies At-Scale

I’ve written a bit before about how candidate experience is a buzzword concept (like so much in HR Tech and Work Tech can feel), and I’ll drop that link here quickly:

Now let me tell you a bit about yesterday. I’m not really working these days. I have this Medium account and make some money there, and I’m on 2–3 projects that bring in a pittiance of funds, but otherwise, I’m basically unemployed for the first time in about 20 years of working. It’s a crazy-ass feeling.
