Candidate Experience Is Essentially Impossible For Companies At-Scale

It’s kind of a pipe dream that we even regularly discuss it, or allow people to claim to have careers within it.

I’ve written a bit before about how candidate experience is a buzzword concept (like so much in HR Tech and Work Tech can feel), and I’ll drop that link here quickly:

Now let me tell you a bit about yesterday. I’m not really working these days.
